The Guarantee

All Clipline components are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase.  

If any components are damaged either through normal use or in delivery transit they will be replaced or repaired and sent to you. 

You will have to cover the cost of getting the components back to the Clipline head office in Melbourne.  

You will be required to pack them to the same standard as you received them…(the best way to do that would be to use the packing you received them in)  

If on receiving the damaged components we deem that they have not been packed satisfactorily we will decide as to whether they qualify to be warranted or not.
